For the leader of Ukraine's confectionery market, we have successfully implemented numerous complex IT projects over the past 15 years.
‍At three AVK factories and a new logistics center, we deployed centralized video surveillance for production processes, a biometric access control system, and built an enterprise-wide data storage infrastructure. For the logistics center, we also implemented a wireless Wi-Fi network.

Since 2018, VERNA has been providing remote technical support, as well as IT and retail equipment maintenance and user support across all 175 INTERTOP stores.
When new stores are opened, we handle the installation of IT equipment, necessary software, and video surveillance systems.

For the largest grocery retailer in the country, we implemented video analytics systems that enhance operational efficiency and security.These solutions enable queue management, service quality monitoring, cash transaction control, facial recognition, and visitor counting for marketing purposes.

Over this time, we have successfully completed numerous large-scale IT projects and equipment deliveries for the company's factory, regional offices, and warehouses.
In early 2023, we deployed backup power systems with alternative communication channels for 34 IQOS stores.

VERNA designed and deployed fiber optic networks, LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP telephony systems for the oil extraction facility in the village of Bandurka.
We later expanded the existing network by connecting two additional nodes—a thermal power plant and a power substation—to the core fiber-optic backbone.

For Metro, we are performing a full upgrade of the video surveillance systems, migrating from analog to IP cameras.
We provide custom installation of Ajax security systems as part of tailored security projects.
The Smart Ramp system - has been implemented to monitor and manage goods receiving and dispatch operations.

Over 15 years of collaboration, VERNA has built a fault-tolerant network core for the bank based on Cisco technologies, developed the foundational IT infrastructure for PUMB, and implemented an IT infrastructure management system using Microsoft.
We also deployed a call recording system for the contact center based on Cisco.
In 2023, we implemented Starlink connectivity in the bank's branches.

We equipped Promodo’s offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Lviv, as well as the PromodoHub conference rooms, with a biometric access control system featuring facial recognition and multiple access options, along with video surveillance and Wi-Fi networks.

VERNA implemented a project for one of the leading IT outsourcing companies, building the IT infrastructure for an 8-storey office designed for 1,600 employees.
Following the full-scale invasion, VERNA continued its cooperation by supporting the client's relocation and the opening of a new office abroad.

Since 2006, we have been involved in the opening of 700 bank branches and credit service points. This included cabling systems, Wi-Fi networks, supply of equipment, and necessary software.
For the last 13 years, we have been supporting the IT infrastructure of the branches, managing printing services, and repairing UPS for cash desks.

Since 2019, we have been providing comprehensive IT support for the Yves Rocher retail network.
Our responsibilities include IT infrastructure administration, software support, and maintenance of workstations and servers.All services are delivered in accordance with ITIL/ITSM practices to optimize costs and enhance system stability.

For over 7 years, VERNA has been building structured cabling networks for the bank’s branches across Ukraine.
In 2018, we equipped and launched a customer service contact center in Dnipro, using Cisco network equipment.

To improve network security, scalability and energy efficiency, VERNA implemented a network infrastructure modernization project for ArcelorMittal using Cisco equipment.

For 42 stores of the IQOS retail network, we have implemented and continue to maintain a video surveillance system with centralized management.
With the onset of the war, we developed and launched a system of uninterrupted operation in conditions of power outages due to communication.

For three years, VERNA provided comprehensive service support for EVA, the largest national chain of beauty and health stores.
We were responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure of stores across the country to ensure a seamless customer experience.

At the grain elevator, we implemented systems for automating quantitative and qualitative grain accounting, vehicle control with license plate recognition and RFID tags, and automated resource tracking.
‍Security and process video surveillance systems were installed using explosion-proof cameras.

For 170 optical stores of the largest network in Ukraine, we design and implement video surveillance systems, structured cabling systems and in-store audio solutions, as well as supply IT equipment. Our support team provides incident-based IT services.

For the mining and metallurgical group of companies Metinvest, VERNA built a structured cabling network, implemented an IP telephony project, and carried out the installation of electrical equipment in a new three-story office.

Since 2016, VERNA has been providing IT infrastructure maintenance services for the Multiplex cinema chain. The cooperation includes incident-based support, ensuring prompt assistance in case of technical issues, as well as scheduled maintenance of equipment when needed.

Working on the creation of a data center for the country’s largest logistics company was both challenging and incredibly rewarding! The server and network infrastructure for Nova Poshta was built using Cisco equipment.

For the Prostor beauty and personal care retail chain, we conducted an IT infrastructure audit, network configuration, and restoration. We also collaborated on integrating the Kosmo network into Prostor’s infrastructure. Since 2012, we have supplied equipment and provided IT infrastructure support for the opening of Kosmo stores.

VERNA has a long-term partnership with Raiffeisen Bank, successfully implementing key projects and equipment deliveries. A major solution was supplying APC Symmetra UPS with comprehensive service packages and advanced sensors. VERNA also designed and implemented structured cabling systems, supplied servers, and active network equipment.

For a granite mining company, VERNA implemented a project integrating video surveillance with access control, alcohol testing, and biometric identification.
An automatic license plate recognition system was also deployed. Thanks to the completed project, security was enhanced and logistics were optimized.

TTogether with a convenient retail chain, we implemented advanced video analytics systems for 50 stores: queue and service quality monitoring, shelf stocking control, and cash register operation monitoring. We also deployed a VMS (Video Management System) — a technological solution in video surveillance aimed at enhancing security, efficiency, and control.

VERNA implemented a project for Universal Insurance Company by upgrading the core of their corporate network using Cisco equipment.
This included securing data center resources, configuring traffic encryption, protecting user devices, and implementing VPN for remote employees.

At one of the largest universal banks in Ukraine, we worked on building structured cabling systems for branches across the country.
We also provided software administration, as well as outsourcing of technical support and network infrastructure management.
