The monitoring system helps assess staff performance and improve customer service quality in retail.
The module tracks personnel presence in gastronomy, cooking, baking, and other personal service departments, keeps records of customers who received service and those who were left unattended, generates reports on the speed and quality of service delivery.
The administration sets system parameters: the staff working area, employee work schedules, maximum service time per customer, and allowed absence duration from the workplace.
If staff violate the established norms in the retail network, the system sends a real-time notification to the store administrator.
The module can identify employees by uniform color and daily generates reports on the actual time of stay and generates daily reports on each employee’s actual presence and absence at the workplace, and sends them via email to the responsible party.
Video footage is stored as evidence for conflict resolution.
