  • IT audit (checking and confirming state of IT environment by a provider for which he will be responsible).

At this stage audit of IT systems to be served is provided in affiliates. Audit means determination of hardware complex technical condition, list of operating software systems, personnel assessment, composition of service works schedule. This stage is executed on the site of equipment operation according to the developed standard .

  • IT services designing

According to audit results, risk analysis is conducted connected with software and hardware performance in particular departments, list of recommendations is drafted, including suggestions for creation of a secured store for all authorized software versions and a hardware buffer fund.

  • Introduction

Contract and SLA conclusion, introduction of new rules and procedure of cooperation with VERNA service department to the company staff. Outsourcing company technologies are adjusted to actual conditions of the Customer’s company, IT services are introduced, IT personnel is transferred if necessary

  • Maintenance

Maintenance procedure is stipulated by a Service Level Agreement. All information about maintenance is registered in VERNA’s system and is used for making decisions regarding amount of payments and penalties under SLA.
