Send request for service maintenance

Service Desk of VERNA Company is built on the basis of ITIL/ITSM recommendations and provides maintenance according to the Customer's service level requirements. Warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the customer's equipment is provided throughout the territory of Ukraine in service centers network with local components warehouses.

Warranty Maintenance

VERNA Service Center provides services in organization of warranty maintenance and equipment repair: from data storage and processing systems to personal computers, laptops and displays.

Warranty maintenance of equipment can be performed in two modes: equipment repair in the premises of VERNA Service Center and equipment repair on the Customer's site.

Equipment Repair in the Premises of VERNA Service Center

  • Accepting of request and placement of inoperative equipment in the premises of VERNA Service Center;
  • Assessment of warranty and maintenance conditions of the particular equipment;
  • Receipt issue;
  • Defect diagnostics;
  • Equipment repair and testing;
  • Equipment packing if the Customer's packing is available;
  • Notifying Customer about the repair completion;
  • If necessary – equipment delivery to the Service Center for repair and return to the Customer's site.

Equipment Repair on the Customer's Site

  • Acceptance and registration of a maintenance request;
  • Assessment of warranty and maintenance conditions of the particular equipment;
  • Remote defect  pre-diagnostics, negotiating terms and type of repair works (warranty and non-warranty);
  • Technical specialist's arrival at the place of equipment installation;
  • Defect defining;
  • Repair or replacement of inoperative equipment;
  • If necessary, equipment delivery to the Service Center for repair and return to the Customer's site;
  • Equipment testing.

Post-warranty maintenance

  • Acceptance of requests for equipment repair in 9x5 mode;
  • Equipment diagnostics and repair works performance in case of defects;
  • Equipment fault detection;
  • Equipment repair in VERNA Service Center or manufacturer's service center;
  • Equipment installation from the Customer's buffer stock;
  • Equipment hiring for the repair period;
  • Computer equipment installation on the installation site or arrival at the Customer's site;
  • Computer equipment upgrade;
  • Preventive works in service center;
  • Organization of office relocation: disconnection, dismounting of workplaces, equipment packing, transportation, unpacking, connection, operation testing.
  • Installation, reinstallation and setting of client part of “Client-Bank” system on the client Bank's computers.
