VERNA has implemented an integrated access management system at PJSC Megabank.

VERNA has completed the design and installation of a universal access control system at the Megabank head office in Kharkiv. This solution provides the customer with complete control of personnel and bank visitors access to the office site, and allows for centralised time-and-attendance logging.

VERNA and Megabank have been collaborating for over five years. During this time, several projects have been implemented, viz. creating a territorially distributed corporate network, installing local video surveillance networks at branch offices and building a SCS at the bank head office. Such collaboration was followed up by designing a universal access control system. VERNA engineers have selected and installed the hardware and software components of the system consisting of a software module and physical access control devices. They also set up the system to customer’s requests. This project allowed for computerised logging of day and night shift time, and overtime for each employee according to the work schedule, estimating deviations from the work schedule, and recording late attendance and absence time.
